Cnergyico Pk Limited staged a massive financial recovery in its FY26 results, reporting a consolidated net profit of Rs. 11.18 billion compared to a net loss of Rs. 3.59 billion the previous year. Driven by a surge in top-line revenue, the petroleum refiner showcased strong year-on-year growth and significantly improved cash flows.

Cnergyico Pk Limited has officially announced its audited financial results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, marking a historic turnaround for the petroleum refiner. After a challenging previous fiscal cycle, the company successfully transitioned from deep deficits to substantial profitability across all core operating metrics. The latest financial disclosures present a highly optimistic outlook for the company’s operational efficiency, debt servicing, and overall cash flow management.

Massive Rebound in Cnergyico Profit FY26

The most striking element of the Cnergyico Pk Limited Financial Results FY26 is the complete reversal of its bottom line. On a consolidated basis, the company reported a staggering net profit of Rs. 11.18 billion, entirely erasing the net loss of Rs. 3.59 billion recorded in the fiscal year 2025.

This sharp operational recovery is accurately reflected in shareholder value. Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) attributable to the holding company turned positive at Rs. 2.05. This represents a severe upward correction from the loss per share (LPS) of Rs. 0.65 registered in FY25. Similarly, the unconsolidated statement of profit or loss shows a net profit of Rs. 10.75 billion for FY26, rebounding from an unconsolidated net loss of Rs. 2.90 billion in FY25.

What Driven Cnergyico’s Year-on-Year Growth?

The primary catalyst behind Cnergyico’s year-on-year growth was a massive expansion in top-line revenue alongside a multi-fold expansion in gross profitability.

  • Revenue Surge: Consolidated net revenue from contracts with customers grew to Rs. 410.24 billion in FY26. This is a massive jump from Rs. 296.72 billion in FY25.
  • Gross Margin Expansion: While the cost of sales naturally rose to Rs. 390.68 billion, the revenue growth enabled gross profit to jump to Rs. 19.56 billion. In FY25, gross profit stood at just Rs. 4.19 billion.
  • Operating Profitability: Operating profit surged drastically to Rs. 17.03 billion for the consolidated entity, up from a modest Rs. 1.62 billion in the previous year.
